 The
Klee Building Development Project is a 64-unit condominium,
approximately 20,000 SF commercial space development located
in Portage Park’s 'historic-style' six-corners shopping
district in Chicago.
The work involved includes complete renovation of the Klee
Building and the new construction of a five-story masonry
building along Milwaukee Avenue and a single story masonry
building along Cicero Avenue. The interior finishes of the
units include carpeting, ceramic flooring and beautiful kitchen
units. Granite tops, stainless steel appliance and many more
options are available. The exterior work includes public landscaped
areas, public meeting areas, and a proposed public/ pedestrian
walkway between Cicero and Milwaukee Avenues.
